Three Tree Point Yacht Club invites you to join us!

We are dedicated to encouraging recreational boating and sailing at all skill levels. Our members enjoy participating in activities available on the magnificent waters of Puget Sound and the great Northwest. Our calendar of events include activities for all members to enjoy year round.

We have two Membership Options

Voting Memberships

There is a one-time Initiation fee of $100 that covers the expense of your club burgee and other new membership materials. Our affordable membership dues for Voting memberships is $100 annually which are prorated during the first year of membership. 

Members in this class must be twenty-one years of age and older. When a membership is held by a couple (two people who are married or cohabitating), membership of each person is automatically included. Both persons may hold office and vote independently at public meeting(s) on non-ballot issues. One vote per membership will be accepted on ballot issues. This level has full reciprocal privileges to over 100+ yacht clubs.

 

Associate

There is a one-time Initiation fee of $50 that covers the expense of your new membership materials. Our very affordable membership dues for Associate memberships is $40 annually. 

Associate memberships are limited. One Associate membership entitles one person the rights and privileges of active membership with the exception of voting, reciprocal mooring privileges, the ability to hold elected Officer positions, and participating in events designated as limited to Voting members. Associate Members are not allowed to fly TTPYC burgees on their boats, and your membership cards will reference the exclusion of reciprocal privileges. Associate members may serve in other elected and appointed positions with the approval of the Board of Trustees.

Notice to Members

Remember word of mouth is our best advertising. As you talk with other boaters. Share information about our club and invite them to visit our website for up to the minute information. Our website is a great tool for keeping current with what is going on in Des Moines and it encourages new membership. Our club calling cards are a good tool to help you introduce potential members to the TTPYC. If you need additional cards contact the membership committee.
